Yin Yang Yoga with Robin

Yin teaches us to slow down, observe our inner landscape and cultivate an ability to settle into ourselves. Most styles of yoga are designed to work the musculature of the body, the “yang” tissue. This practice also focuses on the “yin” tissues of the body such as bones, ligaments, joints and fascia.
