Hatha Yoga with Iry

Hatha is a system of yoga that creates balance in the body, breath and mind. Morning Hatha will include the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body while preparing the body for deeper meditation. Devon will lead you through a series of sun salutations and poses, focusing on the correct technique to ensure balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
