We are so glad you are curious about Path. Welcome! We are a boutique studio focusing on yoga, indoor cycling (spin), and strength in Bedford! Our primary objective is to provide a welcoming, encouraging space for you to flex your body, mind and spirit.
We have top of the line Star Trac bikes in our customized spin studio. Our yoga studio is fitted out with soft laminate flooring, and beautiful lighting. And for our strength studio gives you 4,000 sq. of pushing, pulling, jumping, lifting, climbing, throwing and every other exercise that your body is innately capable of performing.

The word fitness is deceptive in that most think it refers solely to the physical movements. However, “absolute fitness” requires not only movement of the body but in addition demands health of the mind and soul. It takes conscious effort and reflection in all three areas to achieve this superior level of fitness.
Here at Path, we believe in the power of the mind, body and soul. Fitness and health can be a daunting and burdensome undertaking. Path seeks to make this process enjoyable and mentally fulfilling.

Our Yoga & Spin Classes
All three disciplines are versatile and can be tailored to the fitness level of any individual.
With the chaos of our daily lives, it is always recommended to connect to one’s mind to unclutter our thoughts and emotions. At Path, we offer many different experiences in this space aimed to push your inner soul to limitless places. Classes are accessible to curious beginners as well as practiced Yogis, as each will be encouraged at their own level.
Cycling blends high-octane power and pace, designed to inspire and motivate your soul for a full body workout burning up to hundreds of calories per session. Lose yourself as you push through the climb, saddle up in the sprint and move to the beat of motivating music. Dig deep and embrace that post-class high. We cater to everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.
Complement your stretch and ride practice with weight training. It's essential for maintaining a healthy weight and increasing bone density as we get older. Path is partnered up with CrossFit Basinview to provide you 60 minute full body workout, that vary each class so you’ll never get bored and will always find a challenge. All levels welcome.

Ready to Roll?
We are always happy to make time to meet to show you around the studio, or to discuss your personal goals. Please book your time for face-to-face consultation!
Fuel at least 1-2 hours your body prior to your first sweat with us. This will ensure your body can function at its best during class.
We are open ½ hour prior to every class and will remain open until the last student has left. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class to ensure you have enough time to put your belongings in the change room, fill up your water and get yourself set up properly. If you are new to the studio, please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early so we can go over waivers with you, give you a quick tour and get you set up and comfortable for class.
Dress for success.
We suggest sporting a breathable tee or tank and form-fitting pants (especially for spin classes) or shorts on the bottom for all classes.
Please leave your distractions in the cubbies. This includes but is not only limited to cell phones, but also all the junk in your head. This is you time, make the most of it.
Water bottle and towel.
If you have your own bike shoes, great! Bring them. Our bikes are compatible with SPD & Delta Look Clips. If you do not have bike shoes, a rigid-soled shoe will do. The intention is to minimize the flex applied to your arch. You can minimize this with a harder-soled shoe.
Nothing needed, we supply all mats and props required for class.
We look forward to having you at the studio. We have made every effort to make the studio comfortable and inviting.
No problem! Show up a little early for your first ride (15-20 minutes) for bike setup and we can answer any questions you have then. We do not allow new riders into class if there is 5 minutes or less before class start.
In respect for the rest of the class, we ask that you arrive on time. If you are running a few minutes late, we will do our best to get you in to the class, but please be mindful and quiet as possible.
Most mamas join us 4-6 weeks after baby arrives.
We are accepting any age baby up to walking.
